Retailer Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is continuing its expansion in the Twin Cities with proposals for new stores in Cottage Grove and Andover. Meanwhile, Wal-Mart has four new stores under construction, in Brooklyn Center, Blaine, Burnsville and Lakeville, and has floated plans in other cities including Roseville.
