A group of students from China?s Peking University, who call themselves the ?Pandaroos?, have visited the Faculty after meeting Dean Paul Kofman in China last year. The 10 students were invited to visit by Professor Kofman and designed their Australian study tour around a visit to the University of Melbourne staying at International House.

Professor Paul Kofman enjoyed catching up with the Pandaroos.
The visit comes just weeks after The University celebrated its 25-year relationship with one of China?s leading universities, Peking University, and furthers strengthens the ties between the two institutions. The Faculty currently offers exchange programs to PKU.
Professor Kofman thoroughly enjoyed the visit, ?It was a great pleasure to welcome a group of talented students from PKU to our campus. On arecent visit to the Guanghua School of Management at PKU, we were hosted by some of these students who gave us great insights into PKU campus life. Very nice toreturn the favour, and hopefully encourage them to consider an extended Melbourne stay through an exchange visit!???
thank you for the wonderful reception in Melbourne? said Emma, a student in the study group.
Whilst in Melbourne the group enjoyed a tour of the University, a visit to the Australian Open and a variety of different cuisine from Malaysian to Italian. Following their stay in Melbourne, the group will visit Cairns and Sydney before returning home.
